One baseline, end to end

One agreed specification baseline, carried end to end by its reference number.

1. Stage 1

   Specification

   The requirement is captured in the configurator as a complete parameter set — fibre, construction, weight or thread count, dimensions and tolerances, finishing, certifications, and packing. The output is a specification sheet with a reference number.

2. Stage 2

   Mill selection

   The specification is matched to Faisalabad mills equipped for it: loom width for seamless wide sheeting, yarn grade for the target GSM, and the required social-compliance and quality certifications.

3. Stage 3

   Sampling

   Pre-production samples are produced and measured against the written specification. Deviations are resolved before any bulk commitment.

4. Stage 4

   Inspection

   Goods are inspected prior to shipment against the agreed size, weight, and construction tolerances recorded in the specification.

5. Stage 5

   Production

   The approved specification governs the full run. The reference number ties every downstream document back to a single agreed baseline.

6. Stage 6

   Export documentation

   Commercial and customs paperwork is prepared for United States import. Incoterm is FOB Karachi; the buyer is the importer of record.
